Mira is a gratitude journal by Make Break Things. This policy explains what data is stored and how it is used.
Mira stores the content you create so you can revisit it later. This may include:
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your journal data is stored in your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit. Make Break Things does not access, read, or sell this data.
Sentiment suggestions and photo labeling happen on your device. Your text and photos are not uploaded to our servers for analysis.
Mira can send optional local reminders. Notifications are generated on your device and are not sent through external services.
We do not share your journal data with third parties. The app does not include trackers or ad networks. Apple may collect diagnostics data based on your iOS settings.
You can export your journal from the app or delete entries at any time. Deleting entries removes them from your device, and from iCloud on the next sync if enabled.
You can lock the app with Face ID or your device passcode. Biometric data is handled by iOS and is never stored by Mira.
